REGISTRATION INFORMATION

TUITION is 899$ per person and $849 for each additional person from the same institution. Your tuition includes Sunday dinner, Monday evening party, Institute materials, and Certificate of Attendance.
ACCOMMODATIONS are not included in your tuition. Please indicate your room preference above. The Snowmass Institute will make your reservation at the Mountain Chalet or Wildwood Lodge and confirm it with you. Single or double room rate $118.00 at the Mountain Chalet and $128.00 at the Wildwood Lodge. Breakfast is included (Monday-Friday) in room rate at both hotels. Hotels are just minutes walking from the Conference Center. Free airport transportation is provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY allows you to cancel your registration up to 21 days before the Institute begins on Sunday, June 15, 2008 and receive a full refund. There is a $150 service fee for cancellations received less than 21 days prior to the Institute through June 29. Refunds will not be made after June 28, 2008.
