The Bread and Butter Student Gallery 2004
Effective recruiting begins, we believe, with a solid understanding
of the institution as well as the students who are already enrolled
on your campus and are persisting. Each year participants in our Integrating
Strategic Enrollment Management Institute are asked to profile their
bread and butter student--the student most likely to enroll. These
sketches were selected from our files as representing some of the more
creative examples. This exercise stimulates a lot of thought and discussion
and helps set the agenda for an exciting, creative, and productive
week for our Snowmass Institute participants.
